Active Neighborhood Challenge

These grants will support programs and activities that strengthen your neighborhood and make a measurable impact on the City of Lima/Allen County. Neighborhood Associations who have been recognized by the City of Lima and 501(c)(3) organizations located within Allen County are eligible to apply for and receive this grant, regardless of the associations or organization’s size or budget.

Activate Allen County will provide up to an additional $2,000 for selected applications through the Neighborhood Challenge and through the support of Mercy Health.
